Teaching yoga was a dream for me. It wasn’t until after a 10-year career in accounting and a trip to India in 2016 that I had the courage to take the plunge. Before that, I thought it was impossible to make a living from your passion and to follow that little voice inside that guides you. The adventure began in Rishikesh, a small village located at the foot of the Himalayas (northern India) and at the source of the Ganges. Since my first intensive training, I go back regularly because in yoga, as in life, we never finish learning. Today, I am infinitely grateful to be able to share my passion and all that I have learned on the path of yoga.

Paulina is a massage therapist and yoga teacher with 12 years of experience. She believes strongly in a holistic approach to the human being and offers therapeutic massage and bodywork sessions specifically designed for the individual and their needs. His practice combines various techniques such as Chi Nei Tsang, osteopathy, reboutology, Trigger Point massage, Craniosacral. A session with her can be a deeply transformative experience. She is also passionate about yoga and offers classes in vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, hatha yoga, therapeutic yoga and prenatal yoga.
