After a few years in primary education, I chose to start training to become a fitness instructor and then a personal trainer. Physical activity has always been an important part of my life. I advocate physical activity not for aesthetic purposes but to improve one’s health on a daily basis. I offer personal training sessions with various exercises for the whole body and combining muscle strengthening, cardio and mobility. I am very happy to be able to help my clients achieve their sports and nutritional goals.
