How does it work in practice?
The course begins with an interview to define your expectations for a tailor-made practice. Afterwards, you will learn to meditate for 30 minutes, guided by the soft voice of your teacher. Through simple breathing and relaxation exercises accessible to all, you will quickly feel a sense of well-being and serenity. You will then be able to share your feelings with your coach and ask all your questions to continue your practice from home.
