Convinced that the body and mind are intimately linked in terms of well-being and performance, I decided to orient my career in this direction. Thus, I have a double training in psychology (specialization in positive psychology and sports psychology) and in fitness and wellness coaching. Originally from Geneva, I am fortunate to have international experience (Switzerland, Italy, England, Australia), countries in which I have accompanied hundreds of individuals in their transition to a life in which harmony, well-being, expression of potential and resilience are the watchwords. I have also accompanied professional athletes in their preparation for competition. The uniqueness of my methods lies in the fact that we always work on both the mind and the body.
